Here's a delicious kale smoothie that features hydrating coconut water, cucumber, and pineapple. The "bang" part comes from orange and lemon.
Ingredients
  • 2 cups fresh kale
  • 2 cups coconut water, unsweetened
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • ½ cucumber, peeled
  • 2 cups pineapple
  • ½ lemon, peeled or juiced
Instructions
  1. Blend kale, coconut water, and orange together until smooth.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend again.

Tip: Use at least one frozen fruit to make the smoothie cold
