Makes: 1 to 2 servings

  • 2 cups chopped watermelon (peeled and seeded)
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1 handful mint leaves
  • 1 to 2 limes

Juice the ingredients, then pour into 1 to 2 glasses. Serve at once.
