Quick Tartar Sauce

This super-easy cold sauce is perfect for simple sautéed or grilled tofu or tempeh recipes.

Makes about 2/3 cup

  • 1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons prepared mustard, or to taste

Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and stir together until well blended. Keep any leftovers well covered. Keeps up to a week in the refrigerator.

    i bought some vegan “fish fillets” and needed to make some tartar sauce on the fly. this sauce was so quick, easy, and DELICIOUS!
