Combine the chocolate chips with the nondairy milk in a heatproof bowl. Microwave until melted Start with 1 minute, stir, then add a little more time but be careful not to overcook.
Stir most of the granola into the melted chocolate, reserving a little for the next step.
Line a large plate with wax paper or baking parchment. Spread the chocolate mixture onto it fairly evenly, to a thickness of no more than half an inch. Sprinkle the reserved granola over the top. If you’re adding the coarse salt, sprinkle over the granola, and be very subtle about it!
Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until needed, allowing the chocolate to completely resolidify.
Break the mass into candy-sized chunks, and arrange on an attractive platter (or the same plate, minus the wax or parchment) to serve.
Keep any unused portion in a covered container in the refrigerator.
