fresh lemon juice

cherry-flavored liquid stevia

Instructions
Put the cherries and the pomegranate juice in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
Turn the heat down and simmer the cherries for 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove the cherry mixture from the heat and stir in the chia seeds, lemon juice, and stevia liquids.
Allow the mixture to cool for a while before spooning into a pint-sized mason jar.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
