Preheat oven to 350°F, and line a 9x13 baking pan with parchment paper.
Stir together the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt. Then set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together the milk, yogurt, vanilla, oil, and apple cider vinegar.
Pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture and stir until just combined.
Spread the cake batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.
Bake in the oven until cooked through.
Allow to cool, then slice into small rectangles.
Coffee Syrup
Mix together the espresso shots, sugar, and kahlua. Then add the warm water until you have one cup of liquid total, and stir until the sugar dissolves.
Creamy Layer
Beat the cream cheese, yogurt, coconut milk, and coconut oil until smooth and fluffy.
Then add the powdered sugar and beat again.
Assembly
Dip the cake squares into the coffee mixture.
Place a layer of the coffee-dipped cake squares in a medium casserole dish.
Add a layer of creamy whipped topping on top.
Continue layering, ending with the creamy mixture.
Top tiramisu with a dusting of cocoa powder and some grated dark chocolate if desired.
Place tiramisu in fridge to chill for at least 2 hours.
