Ingredients

spinach leaves
lettuce, or a combination; lightly packed

medium kiwis
peeled and cut into chunks

raw pumpkin seeds

hemp seeds

chia seeds

scoop
rice-only protein powder
I use NutriBiotic

cup
unsweetened milk
your choice—I used vanilla rice milk

lime
juiced

drops
plain stevia liquid
or vanilla stevia liquid or 1–2 tbsp agave nectar or coconut nectar; or more to taste
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender.
Blend until smooth.
Serve immediately.
