½medium honeydewde-seeded, flesh scooped with a melon baller
½medium English cucumberseed membrane scraped out, cut into half moons
½lbseedless green grapescut in half, about 1 1⁄2 cups
½limejuiced
1tspcanola oilor olive oil
1tspwater
1tsphoneyor agave nectar
1 ½tsppoppy seeds
4large fresh mint leavesthinly sliced
Instructions
In a large serving bowl, combine the honeydew, cucumber, and grapes.
Whisk the lime juice, oil, water, honey, and poppy seeds in a small bowl or glass measuring cup, and pour over the honeydew mixture. Make sure to scrape any stubborn poppy seeds onto the salad!
Top salad with mint, give a good stir, and serve immediately.
