Ingredients

  • 1 cup dates pitted and cut into pieces
  • 1 cup flaked almonds
  • ½ cup chopped almonds
  • 1 tbsp cacao
  • 1/2 cup vanilla
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds

Instructions

  • Pour all the ingredients into the food processor and blend for about 2 minutes.
  • Squeeze the mixture well and form into balls.
  • Place in the fridge or the freezer, depending on the stiffness you prefer.
