I bought “Vegetarian Soups for all Seasons” back in 1996 and it’s been one of my favorite cookbooks all those years.

Hi Tracey — sorry, somehow your kind comment went under my radar — this book has been through many iterations! It did start out as Vegetarian Soups for All Seasons” — you probably have the Little, Brown edition — and now it’s Vegan Soups and Hearty Stews for All Seasons. So glad you’ve been enjoying it for all these years!
