- 3/4 cup apple juice
- 1 cup chopped fresh or frozen spinach
- Half an avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped watercress
In blender, combine apple juice, spinach, avocado, parsley, and watercress. Process until smooth.
