Published: Aug 28, 2011 · Updated: Mar 4, 2021 by Nicole @ VegKitchen · This post may contain affiliate links.

This super-easy cold sauce made with just three ingredients — vegan mayo, relish, and mustard — is perfect for simple sautéed or grilled tofu or tempeh recipes.

    Makes about ⅔ cup

    • ½ cup vegan mayonnaise
    • 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
    • 1 to 2 teaspoons prepared mustard, or to taste

Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and stir together until well blended. Keep any leftovers well covered. Keeps up to a week in the refrigerator.
