    I cook brown rice in crock pots. I soak one cup of rice in two cups of water from 8 – 12 hours. After that, I turn on the pot in high n cook for about two hours until the rice expands n cooked. Having had this wonderful staple for at least eight years, I have felt better everyday: revitalized, rejuvenated,… Insomnia, constipation, fatigue, are gone. Weight is no problem. If I really want to lose weight, I may have one week or two of brown rice with toasted n salted sesame seeds. No body my age!
