Serves: 2
- 2 leaves romaine lettuce
- 2 to 3 apples
- 2 stalks celery
- 1/2 cup parsley
- 1 unwaxed cucumber
- 1/2 cup spinach
Juice all the ingredients together. Serve in fancy glasses.
