This juice is great for an on-the-go breakfast, but if you have more time, you can add a few more components to your meal. Muffins are always great for breakfast, and so are vegan scrambles and breakfast cookies!

How to Make Lean Green Juice

    1. Juice all ingredients together.
    2. Serve!

Full directions for how to make Lean Green Juice are in the printable recipe card below.

    Lean Green Juice FAQs

What are the benefits of juicing?

Making your own homemade juices can really turn your health around! Juices are absorbed more quickly and easily by your body, so juices can give you more nutrients quicker. Of course, juices don't really contain much fiber, so you'll need to make sure you get a good amount of fiber from other sources.

How can I make this juice even healthier?

To really make this a chlorophyll-rich drink, add spirulina, available at most health food stores. Spirulina has many special benefits including reducing the risk of cancer!
