Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie

- 2 cups chopped kale
- 1 cup mixed frozen berries
- 1 teaspoon peanut butter or more as desired
- 1 ½ cups coconut water
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth. Serve at once.
