    Ingredients

    • ½ cup plain plant-based yogurt almond or coconut
    • ¼ cup tahini
    • 1 tsp grainy mustard
    • 1 tbsp lemon juice to taste
    • 1 tbsp fresh chives or scallions, minced
    • 1 tsp horseradish optional

    Instructions

    • Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and whisk together until smooth.
    • Transfer any unused portion to a tightly lidded container where it will keep in the refrigerator for up to a week.
