    This drink is so refreshing because of the watermelon! Watermelon is full of—you guessed it—water. The lemon juice also helps your body to absorb water, making this drink extra hydrating.

    How long does this drink last?

    This tasty drink is best served immediately, but it can be stored for later. You can keep it in the fridge up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 1 month. In both cases, you'll want to store the drink in an air-tight container (leaving room for expansion in the case of the freezer) and also reblend the drink right before serving.

    • ½ cup raspberry juice or cranberry juice
    • 2 tbsp lemon juice
    • 1 cup watermelon chopped with seeds removed
    • 6 strawberries frozen

    Instructions

    • In a blender, combine raspberry juice, lemon juice, watermelon, and strawberries.
    • Blend until smooth.
