Chia Almond Delight Snack Smoothie

Serves: 1


  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • dash of almond or vanilla extract, optional
  • small amount of natural sweetener (such as honey, brown rice syrup, agave, stevia, etc.), optional


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and liquefy using the most powerful setting.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Drink immediately.
