Best of all, it results in a delicious and nourishing meal. It’s especially good served over bean-thread noodles or Asian brown rice vermicelli, but soba or udon work well, too. Long-grain brown rice and brown basmati rice are good choices as well.
This one-dish meal needs only a little something raw on the side, and a simple slaw is perfect. Tangy Coleslaw is a great choice, though you can select another from our slew of slaws, or just combine some precut coleslaw with your favorite dressing.
